President
Mr. Shutler was named President of TLI Holdings in March of 2008, after 13 years of service with the company. In addition to heading the corporate services groups of TLI Holdings, he oversees the operations and financial performance of three subsidiary companies: TechLaw, TLI Solutions, and TechLaw Solutions.
Mr. Shutler joined the company in 1995 as the Director of Management Information Systems, creating a new department responsible for providing both internal IT support and IT consulting to government and commercial clients. Mr. Shutler has been involved in all areas of the corporation. He has served as Director of Maintenance, Director of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic Region, Director of Eastern Operations, and Vice President of National Operations at TechLaw Automation Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary providing IT consulting and solutions to the legal industry. Mr. Shutler has also held the position of Vice President of Operations for TechLaw, responsible for environmental consulting services delivered predominantly to the EPA and the DoD. Most recently Mr. Shutler served as Senior Vice President for Financial Management, which included operational oversight of all of the TechLaw companies.
Before joining TechLaw, Mr. Shutler served as a Project Manager and Systems Analyst in the Information Systems division of DuPont and he began his career as a Staff Analyst for IBM. Mr. Shutler received a M.B.A. from the University of Delaware and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia.
